Project · Ghatkopar, Mumbai
Homes that hold the morning.
A residential development in Ghatkopar planned around light, air and everyday life, not carpet-area mathematics.
The idea
Designed from the window in.
We began this project with the sun path and the wind direction, then drew rooms around them. The result: homes that are bright by morning and cool by evening.
Layouts answer real routines: kitchens that open to the living room, bedrooms away from the noise, storage you will actually use, and balconies wide enough to sit on.

The scorecard
How the five apply here.
Everyday, answered
The small things, done properly.
School-run mornings
Wide drop-off zones and a metro minutes away.
Sunday lunches
Living rooms sized for actual guests, not render guests.
Quiet nights
Bedrooms placed away from street noise and service cores.
Lower bills
Shading and airflow designed in — comfort that costs less.
