What does Tat:vm build?

Are Tat:vm projects RERA-registered?
Yes. Every project we market is registered under RERA (Maharashtra) with milestone-linked timelines, so your rights are protected by process, not promises.
How long does society redevelopment take?
Typically, the construction phase takes 24–36 months after approvals are obtained, in addition to the time required for the approval phase. We share a written, milestone-linked schedule before any consent is sought.
Can NRIs buy a Tat:vm home?
Yes. We run an NRI-friendly, remote-first process: video walkthroughs, POA and documentation support, FEMA guidance, and NRE/NRO payment coordination. See NRI Services.
Do you take joint-development projects?
